Gotland is an island off the southeastern coast of Sweden.
Emily Bolon, a Houstonian, opened the Here & Now Café in the town of Havdhem, bringing Tex-Mex and breakfast tacos to this rural town of about 300. She was featured in a recent Houston Chronical article.
Although it is not known if Havdhem has a competitive ball of twine, we are including the location in our WLBOTT, and look forward to some great breakfast tacos. Emily, can we bring you anything from the Lone Star State?
