The WLBOTT HR manager, Bev, was planning a birthday party for her niece Bevette, and learned that WLBOTT had an internal-use-only petting zoo.
Bev does do her due diligence.
She checked out the brochure:

But on the day of the party, the underfunded WLBOTT Petting Zoo arrived, and reality crashed head-on with perception.
Bev was not happy, and she went into full HR mode in front of the children.
On the following Monday, Bev calls the couple in to WLBOTT HQ for a performance review.
