A Tale of Two Parades

The Devon, Alberta Parade

Devon, Alberta recently celebrated the Devon Days Parade. Many turned out on this beautiful Saturday to enjoy unique floats showcasing local businesses, groups, and organizations in Devon.

Welcome to Devon – a nature lovers dream!

Located on the banks of the North Saskatchewan River, Devon offers an abundance of beauty with its breath-taking river valley and that indescribable small-town feeling.

Our Voyageur Park offers several day use areas and picnic sites for visitors to enjoy and is a great starting point to the River Valley Alliance’s trail network that will soon run all the way from Devon through Edmonton to Fort Saskatchewan.

Many people commute to Devon from the nearby suburb of Edmonton.

We were impressed by the general rectangularness of the surrounding Devon countryside.
